For our Client, a long-established Swiss retail company, we are looking for a motivated and responsible person to work in the position:
Human Resources Team Leader (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, set goals and monitor performance to drive results and continuous improvement
- Oversee HR administrative processes including personnel records, payroll data, contracts and employee documentation in SAP/SuccessFactors
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, including travel arrangements, work permits and HR correspondence
- Analyze team workflows and processes to identify areas for efficiency and improvement
- Support employees and internal teams with HR inquiries, policy guidance and compliance with labor regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and actively participate in strategic HR meetings and projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Commercial background and degree in Social Sciences
- Fluency in German; Italian & French are a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, data protection and HR systems (SAP & SuccessFactors)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Leadership skills, empathy and a proactive, service-oriented approach
- Flexibility regarding business travels.
