TMD Friction is expanding their team and, for their South-East Europe region, they are looking for an:
Area Sales and Technical Support Manager (m/f)
Place of work: Croatia
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop and grow business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Support the local distributor’s sales structure in achieving annual turnover goals by preparing relevant analyses and transferring product information
- Plan and conduct regular visits to local partners and their network
- Perform training events with both garage and distributor staff, transferring knowledge about products, technical aspects and brands, as well as “best practice” procedures
- Support partner’s marketing communication by verifying, adapting or creating technical marketing materials
- Support and educate distributors in the proper verification and assessment of potential quality claims and warranty issues
- Conduct market research to identify new markets as well as customer needs
- Organize and conduct sales meetings and presentations
- Participate in local trade shows and technology events aiming to increase TMD brand awareness
- Train business developers and sales colleagues
- Monitor sales development and prepare monthly sales analysis and reports for management
Expectations:
- Technical or economic university degree with strong interest in the automotive industry
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly ppt, xls, word)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Able to work from home office
