Business Operations and Project Assistant (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
fixed-term contract
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events, such as conferences, meetings, and social gatherings
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
- Develop event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Analyze event success and prepare post-event reports
- Identify and raise relevant issues related to the projects and propose potential solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in project management/coordination, business operations, or similar roles
- High level of computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software (CRM, ERP)
- Proficient knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
