For our Client we are looking for:


Client Engineer (m/f)

Place of work: Zagreb, Sesvete


As a Client Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Microsoft Intune as well as ensuring device compliance and security. You will play a central role in the deployment and management of Windows clients and mobile devices (iOS and Android), as well as in the creation and implementation of security policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrating Microsoft Intune: Windows client staging, creation and management of client apps (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Monitoring the life cycle of devices and software as well as updates/replacements as necessary
  • Packaging applications
  • Creating and managing autopilot profiles
  • Installing and uninstalling scripts
  • Monitoring and reporting on BitLocker encryption and LAPS
  • Managing and monitoring antivirus solutions and Microsoft Defender
  • Creating device compliance reports
  • Creating and implementing security and compliance policies


Requirements:

  • Completed studies in computer science, information technology or similar is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft Intune administration
  • Solid experience in managing mobile devices (Android, iOS) and Windows clients
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation, ideally in PowerShell
  • Experience in managing security solutions, especially BitLocker and Microsoft Defender
  • Ability to develop and implement security and compliance policies
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work within an international environment
