For our Client, we are looking for a:


Financial & Business Controller (m/f)

Location of work: Zagreb (Sesvete)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and supporting monthly financial reporting in line with internal and Group requirements
  • Performing variance analyses and providing meaningful insights into business performance and financial results
  • Participating in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial planning processes
  • Supporting project controlling activities by tracking financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Contributing to the continuous development and optimization of cost accounting processes and value stream monitoring
  • Supporting the Head of Controlling and local management with ad hoc analyses and reporting requests
  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data used for controlling and decision-making purposes


Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, with relevant additional training in Controlling, Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of operational controlling experience in an industrial SME environment
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Power BI
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish would be considered an advantage
