For our Client we are looking for a:

Financial Controller (m/f)

Location: Rijeka


  • Take over accounting responsibility for the Croatian legal entity (Zenitel Mediterranean)
  • Report on economic KPIs and produce weekly finance reports
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting
  • Carry out payments and payment approvals
  • Oversee and manage local tax activities (VAT, employer contributions, tax returns etc.)
  • Participate in the successful implementation of ERP (Dynamics 365) within the legal entity
  • Cooperate with local auditors, tax and other authorities
  • Support group-wide activities such as internal control, monthly closing, flow handling approval etc.
  • Follow up on code of conduct as well as adherence of proxies in different Zenitel companies globally
  • Oversee and conduct internal control according to Group rules and based on the ERP system
  • Take on the Super-user role for different finance areas, including supporting others in financial matters on the global ERP (Dynamics 365)


  • BSc or MSc degree in finance, audit, economics or similar
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or similar
  • Experience and interest in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent knowledge of business English, both spoken and written
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills (systematic and methodical approach to work)
  • Proactive, ambitious and self-driven with strong collaboration skills
  • Experience in an international tech company is a plus
