For our Client we are looking for a:
Financial Controller (m/f)
Location: Rijeka
Responsibilities:
- Take over accounting responsibility for the Croatian legal entity (Zenitel Mediterranean)
- Report on economic KPIs and produce weekly finance reports
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting
- Carry out payments and payment approvals
- Oversee and manage local tax activities (VAT, employer contributions, tax returns etc.)
- Participate in the successful implementation of ERP (Dynamics 365) within the legal entity
- Cooperate with local auditors, tax and other authorities
- Support group-wide activities such as internal control, monthly closing, flow handling approval etc.
- Follow up on code of conduct as well as adherence of proxies in different Zenitel companies globally
- Oversee and conduct internal control according to Group rules and based on the ERP system
- Take on the Super-user role for different finance areas, including supporting others in financial matters on the global ERP (Dynamics 365)
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree in finance, audit, economics or similar
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or similar
- Experience and interest in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Excellent knowledge of business English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical and organizational skills (systematic and methodical approach to work)
- Proactive, ambitious and self-driven with strong collaboration skills
- Experience in an international tech company is a plus
