For our Client we are looking for a:
HR Manager (m/f)
Location: Rijeka
Responsibilities:
- Maintain company HR system and processes
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in and suggest new employer branding activities
- Maintain and update internal documentation and databases
- Participate in group-wide performance and talent management as well as employee competence development
- Follow up on overtime and absences
- Ensure legal and GDPR compliance
- Initiate and implement own HR projects as well as participate in global ones
- Analyse relevant data and report to CHRO
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree, preferably in HR or social science
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment, employer branding and social media
- Knowledge of the local labour law
- Familiarity with HR reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency with Excel and good general IT knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent people, negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical, proactive and innovative with the ability to work both operationally and strategically
- Experience in an international tech company is a plus
