For our Client we are looking for a:

HR Manager (m/f)

Location: Rijeka


  • Maintain company HR system and processes
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Participate in and suggest new employer branding activities
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and databases
  • Participate in group-wide performance and talent management as well as employee competence development
  • Follow up on overtime and absences
  • Ensure legal and GDPR compliance
  • Initiate and implement own HR projects as well as participate in global ones
  • Analyse relevant data and report to CHRO
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting


  • BSc or MSc degree, preferably in HR or social science
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment, employer branding and social media
  • Knowledge of the local labour law
  • Familiarity with HR reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficiency with Excel and good general IT knowledge and aptitude
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent people, negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical, proactive and innovative with the ability to work both operationally and strategically
  • Experience in an international tech company is a plus
