Their Zagreb office covers the Southeast Europe region and for their growing team here, they are looking for:


HVAC Sales Engineer (m/f)



  • Developing solid long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Achieving sales targets, creating and executing action plans for Clivet products
  • Using technical skills to demonstrate the value of the products to potential customers
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product presentation
  • Collaborating with the design, production and engineering departments of the company to determine how products could be modified to suit the needs of customers
  • Cooperating with distributers in different countries



  • Technical university degree with strong interest in HVAC technology
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC (chillers, heat pumps, packaged, mono and multi splits, VRF solutions)
  • Proficiency in English language is essential
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
