Insurance Specialist (M/F)
Place of work: Zagreb
Responsibilities:
Coordination of all insurance activities in a company:
- Insurance portfolio management (claims resolving; renewal of policies)
- Maintenance and improvement of customer relationships
- Insurance sales activities - development and increase of the customer base
- Identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Knowledge of insurance products and market
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Clean driving licence
- Accurate, analytical, and capable of working under time pressure
- Cooperative, friendly, and team-oriented
- Self-driven and independent
