Luxury Goods Sales Advisor (m/f)



Job role:

  • Welcoming customers and providing impeccable product knowledge and recommendations as well as thoughtful and discrete customer service in line with luxury customer service standards
  • Having and maintaining excellent, up to date product knowledge
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company’s services
  • Interviewing potential clients to determine their needs and interests
  • Coordinating with service and marketing departments with the aim of improving sales and customer service
  • Ensuring the store and stock are impeccably maintained and presented at all times
  • Reaching and exceeding sales targets and customer expectations
  • Participating in company events, employer branding activities and trainings

Person specification: 

  • Minimum high school degree
  • At least 2 years experience working within a luxury retail or hospitality environment
  • Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a sense for personal and product presentation
  • Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve goals
  • High attention to detail and proactivity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
