About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist who can manage the front desk with warmth, professionalism, and precision. This is a classic reception and office support role, ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping things organized, and making sure the office runs smoothly every day.

If you have experience working at a hotel reception, in a pharmacy, bank, clinic, or a similar people-oriented environment, you already have many of the skills we are looking for.

The role is a good fit for a reliable, service-minded person who takes pride in creating a pleasant, well-organized office environment and supporting the team in their daily work.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and clients
  • Welcoming guests, managing check-ins, and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly
  • Handling phone calls, mail, deliveries, and meeting room bookings
  • Cooperating with office management on supplies, vendors, and daily office operations
  • Making sure the office is well-prepared before the start of the working day, including taking care of refreshments and other office essentials
  • Supporting the team with light administrative tasks and maintaining a well-kept, organized work environment
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring every interaction is professional

 

Requirements

  • Experience as a receptionist or front desk employee, ideally in a hotel, pharmacy, bank, clinic or similar environment
  • A genuinely people-oriented person, calm, kind, and professional
  • Reliability, punctuality, and discretion
  • A proactive approach to noticing what needs to be done and keeping the office running smoothly
  • Valid category B driving license
  • Previous experience in the tech industry is not required; the necessary tools and processes will be taught on the job
