For our Client, a market leader in the home appliances industry, we are looking for a highly motivated person in the position of:

 

Regional Key Account Manager (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of sales channels, brands and sales of the different product lines in order to achieve agreed market shares
  • Establishing annual trade conditions (trade policy, price policy, action and promotion policy) according to the company’s guidelines and standards
  • Optimization and development of tailor-made offers per channel and region in order to meet customer requirements
  • Managing targets, sales forecasts and order processing to ensure product availability
  • Setting credit limits and collecting outstandings in cooperation with the the credit control and sales teams
  • Planning appropriate marketing and sales promotion activities with the sales and marketing teams
  • Customer support and quick reaction to competitor activities
  • Active participation in the budgeting, forecasting and planning process


Requirements:

  • A higher education or university degree is preferable
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the area of sales management with a proven sales record
  • In-depth knowledge of the home appliances market
  • Knowledge of product, project, finance and revenue management
  • Very good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Driver’s license B category
  • Highly customer oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with a problem solving attitude
  • Team player mindset with good relationship building skills
