The ideal candidate is someone who embodies refinement, professionalism, and a genuine passion for fine watches and jewelry. Given the prestige of this role, we are looking for an individual who is eager to deepen their knowledge of MAMIĆ 1970’s expanding collections and committed to providing an exceptional client experience through expertise, attentiveness, and outstanding service.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming local and international customers while providing exceptional service and expert guidance in selecting the right timepieces, diamonds, or jewelry creations
  • Cultivating long-lasting relationships with MAMIĆ 1970’s esteemed customers
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company’s services
  • Fostering mutual respect and maintaining clear, effective communication with all team members and external partners
  • Continuous learning and maintaining up to date in-depth product knowledge
  • Actively participating in regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing with colleagues
  • Ensuring the store and stock are impeccably maintained and presented at all times
  • Handling administrative tasks related to the sales process, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations in accordance with internal policies


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of a high school degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience working within a luxury retail, real estate, or hospitality environment
  • Fluency in Croatian and English (spoken and written), conversational knowledge of French is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a sense for personal and product presentation
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and engage customers effectivel
  • Fast learning and high attention to detail
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
