Specification Sales Representative
(Remote)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new projects in the market
- Create business relationships with designers and investors
- Visit customers (designers and specifiers) and promote existing/new products
- Provide technical support and education about products
- Clarify customers’ technical requirements
- Manage offers and contracts with support of superior manager
- Gather market information and prepare market analysis
- Document the sales process in CRM database
Qualifications/Requirements:
- College/university degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 + years of sales experience in project sales in installation and HVAC field
- Professional knowledge of Croatian/Serbian and English
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-started and results oriented
- Capable of building relationships at all levels
- High level of integrity
